Co.MISSION has a lean company structure that enables us to deliver the highest quality work to our clients at competitive costs. We work with a core internal team and then collaborate with our network of filmmakers that span the globe.  Here is our core leadership team:   

Co.MISSION was founded by Harrison Winter, who comes from the world of global brand advertising and marketing. Harrison has worked with major global brands to develop new products, launch integrated advertising campaigns, and create strategic/results driven marketing plans to grow their business. He not only brings to the table world class marketing experience from ad agencies Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B) and Mcgarrybowen, but has also held roles inside a major global brand like Burger King Corporation. During his time on the Burger King business, Adweek named the brand Advertiser of the Decade and CP+B was named Agency of the Decade by Ad Age. While at both CP+B and Mcgarrybowen, both agencies were named Ad Age’s Agency of the Year multiple years. Prior to forming Co.MISSION, Harrison launched over 40 TV spots, numerous integrated digital campaigns and new products around the world. He now balances his strategic and creative skills as a brand strategist, creative director, video producer/shooter/editor and website developer.

Zack Yanger is an entrepreneurial creative. He started his first business in college where he supplied ski shops across Colorado with a new shin protection product that he developed and manufactured in China. Zack has also worked at Mcgarrybowen and other advertising agencies in NYC. Zack’s role at Co.MISSION is that of both Creative Content Producer and Business Developer.

Before we officially launched Co.MISSION, we spent months building up a global network of filmmakers and video specialists. Our production model often involves tapping into local talent for shoots, eliminating expensive travel costs and leveraging their local expertise. We continue to be amazed at the level of talent around the world.
